Prof. Mohamed Fathelbab, is vice dean of the education and students
affairs Faculty of Medicine Helwan University (FOM-HU), Cairo, Egypt since January 2016.
His Ph.D. in Neurophysiology
at Southampton University, UK. His Diploma of health professions education
(DHPE), MSc. and undergraduate (MBBCH) studies at Suez Canal University.
Ismailia, Egypt.
His research
interests lie in the area of Human physiology and medical education, ranging
from theory to design to implementation. He has collaborated actively with
researchers in several other disciplines of Health sciences, particularly
Medicine on problems at the Diabetes.
Fathelbab has
served on roughly seventy conference and workshop. Program. He has served on
the Faculty of Medicine, Helwan University students, education, management,
administration, executive committees, the chair of Steering Committee of MBBCH
Program and Education Board for the FOM-HU. He is referees and reviewer in
different scientific journals and local and internal committees. He published
more than 50 scientific articles.
Fathelbab is 54ys old, married with two sons,
and one daughter. He enjoyed playing Squash and watching different sports games,
non-fiction, and enjoying good food. Now he usually manages to read one book a
month.
